DONATION REQUESTS
Castrol Raceway is pleased to support our local communities with donations. If your organization would like to request a donation for an upcoming fundraiser or event, please submit a detailed letter on your organization’s letterhead to Jason Tichon at:

A minimum of four (4) weeks advance notice prior to the fundraiser or event is required. We do our best to meet all suitable requests, however due to a large demand, not every request is possible.
Include the following information:
- Name of group/organization
- Mission/philosophy
- Contact information
- Name of event
- Event Details
- Expected attendance
- How would Castrol Raceway be recognized at your event?
