Beverage Team Members:

Bar Supervisor

Terms of Employment:  Seasonal, Part Time, Event based, Evenings and Weekends.

Responsible for supervising all bar staff, and ensuring operations run smoothly.

and all policies and procedures are followed. Reports to General Manager.

·         Scheduling employees and ensuring they are present, on time, and in uniform

·         Direct activities of all bar personnel: instruct on policies, procedures,  and duties

·         Maintain positive customer service by providing efficient, and quality service

·         Prepare various operational reports, sales and requisitions which include accurate inventory counts before and after each event.

·         Maintain proper procedures for cash terminals and reconciliation for each server.

·         Assist servers with any alcohol related issues and guest alcohol refusal.

·         Enforce regulations of the establishment and document any incidents.

·         Prepare accurate cash deposits and maintain security for all cash throughout each event.

·         Place inventory stock orders  to maintain stock levels on all beverages and related products.

Position Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience within the Food and Beverage Industry.

Valid Pro Serve Certification

Ability to lift 50lbs

Substantial standing and walking

Must be 18 years of age or older.

 

Assistant Bar Supervisor:

 

Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Part Time,  Event based, Evenings and Weekends

Responsible for overseeing proper alcohol service. Reports to Supervisor.

 

·         Filling/delivering suite and tent orders for Main events

·         Assisting with inventory counts beginning and end of each shift.

·         Stocking ( able to lift up to 35 lbs)

·         Monitoring alcohol service, ensuring guests are in position of no more than the 2 drink max.

·         Assisting servers with any alcohol related issues

·         Cashier when needed, assisting with breaks

·         complete tasks as assigned by management

·         Able to lift up to 35 lbs

 

Position Requirements:

Valid Pro Serve Certification

Substantial standing and walking

Must be 18 years of age or older, experience an asset.


Beverage Servers:

 

Terms of employment: Seasonal, Part Time ,Event based, evenings and weekends.

Work well with others, be pleasant, courteous, able to take direction, make quick decisions and work under pressure.

Job Duties:

·       Show up on time and in uniform

  • ·         Follow procedures according to Pro Serve and company regulations
  • ·         Use proper procedures for cash terminals and cash reconciliations
  • ·         Provide a positive guest experience and excellent service
  • ·         Ask for proper identification of guests appearing 30 years of age or younger
  • ·         Follow accurate procedures with handling cash and reconciliations at end of shift.
  • ·         Know portions, containers and prices for all items
  • ·         Opening and closing work duties

Position Requirements:

Valid Pro Serve Certification

Knowledge of responsible alcohol service

Concession Team Members:

 

Concession  Manager

Seasonal, full time,  must be able to work most weekends

This is a role where you will function in the position required based on business needs.

Team Leader, must work well with others, be peasant, courteous, able to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Coaching and leadership skills are essential. Reports to General Manager.

·         Direct, supervise and coach all employees under  your supervision

·         Train Staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, fridge temps

·         Ensure food service and quality. Maintain high standards of friendly customer service

·         Use proper procedures for cash terminals, accurate floats and cash reconciliation

·         Ensure accurate inventories and reconciliation sheets

·         Concessions  open  on time, properly stocked and prepared for each event

·         Coordinate the delivery and storage of all food products and production, following direction and controls of each kitchen, ensure proper food storage and rotation.

·         Ensure concessions are cleaned as well as equipment  cleaned and sanitized at the end of every shift.

·         Tent set up for corporate events.

·         Place orders.             


 Requirements

           Must have 2 years supervisory experience within the food and beverage industry,

           Must be able to work in a fast paced environment,  be able to stand/walk for up to 5 plus hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

 Must have Food Safe/Serving it Right

 


Concession Supervisor

See above: Assist Manager in concession duties.

Able to work under direction in a fast paced environment and follow through.

·         Must be able to Multi Task

·         help to receive product and store in correct areas, insuring proper rotation

checking for temperature control, spoilage and damaged goods

Food Safe Certified

 

Concession Cashiers- part time, mainly evenings and weekends

Will perform a variety of duties and tasks for counter service including greeting and serving guests,

receiving payments, maintaining cash drawers,

·         able to perform simple math calculations and accurate cash transactions, stocking counters, maintaining work stations, cash outs and clean up at end of shift.

·         Able to lift 35 lbs along with constant standing, walking, bending etc.

·         Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with large crowds and exposure to loud noises.

 

Prep Cook-part time, evenings and weekends.

·         Prepare food items while complying with portion sizes, quality standards, sanitation regulations as well as company rules, policies and procedures.

·         Maintain sanitary work station/ know proper food storage and temps.

·         Work well under pressure

 

Cooks-part time, mainly evenings and weekends

·         Must be stable and even tempered, take direction, good communication skills, organized and team oriented

·         maintain clean working station and proper sanitation practices

·         Stock levels maintained, work with Concession manager on inventory and inventory control

·         Food temperatures maintained as well as proper storage of goods while in use.

·         Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after shift.

·         Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

·         Food Safe certified

 

Coffee/Ice cream shop- Part time/Saturday evenings and Special events

·         Able to work under direction in a fast pace environment

·         Responsible for one to two employees

·         Knowledge of cash and reconciliations

·         able to take stock and place ice cream orders

·         Maintain clean working station, fridge/freezer temps


Catering -Casual-part time, Event Based

Report to General Manager

Require cook for special events and suite service/servers

Complete set up requirements for all functions as instructed

Closing and side work duties
