News: CASTROL Raceway and BLACKJACKS Roadhouse form Marketing Partnership
|
|
Edmonton, AB (March 1, 2010) – Castrol Raceway, selected North America’s top IHRA racing facility in 2008, home of the IRHA Rocky Mountain Nationals, and the only Western Canadian date of the World of Outlaws announced today a marketing partnership with Blackjacks Roadhouse and Games Room. Blackjacks is a newly built 14,000 sq/ft restaurant, pub and gaming facility strategically located at the Nisku Overpass just east of Castrol raceway. Castrol Raceway & Blackjacks will form a strategic marketing partnership to promote motor sports racing in Alberta. Blackjacks Roadhouse will become one of the official Castrol Raceway Information and Tickets centers.
“This is a compelling and strategic marketing fit,” said Rob Reeves, President of Castrol Raceway. “Blackjacks Roadhouse gives us the opportunity to promote our facility year round as well as providing another source for our fans to purchase tickets for all of our general events”.

Oval Track: 2010 "Hornet" Rules now posted on the site
|
|
We have posted the "rules" for the new class on the oval side for 2010. The Hornet class rules are intended to create an inexpensive class of racing that is equally competitive and fun.
